This is by far the most welcoming team that I’ve ever experienced! It’s almost like the most luxury designer store but for coffee! The customer service is top tier as they offer you coffee water and a break down of every machine, coffee cups and the nespresso pods. Eric is an amazing employee and goes above and beyond for incoming buyers. I felt great with his service and you can tell he loves to make people happy! I will be coming back! Thank you Eric!
I love coming here.I’ve been coming here for the past few years after pandemic started and they reopened. I made it to come here every two weeks when I get paid to get my coffee fix. The staff is amazing never disappoints. And I believe managers name is Lisa she is terrific. Thank you nespresso. staff at Dadeland!
I don't know how I didn't place a review from this place... because it's the best part when we go to dadeland mall... and all the sale representative of Nespresso are a Sukhothai Sushi Asian fusion custumer... They love the restaurant, so I buy all my coffee stuff right there every time!!! Bernardo it's an great seller... go and buy your coffee machines

I’ve been here many times; in the morning and in the early afternoon. It’s close to work and convenient but I think I come here for the way it makes me feel to go there. Everyone is courteous and kniwledgeable but my personal favorite barista is Jose. There are often lines here and chose always makes an announcement apologizing and stating that everyone will get great customer and fresh, delicious coffee. He is always professional and considerate and remembers prior conversations, asking about my dad who was very sick (and passed) and whom I had mentioned in a moment of frustration with his doctor. He is always knowledgeable and considerate and makes me feel right at home!
